Shipping Policy

Orders are dispatched from Liverpool, United Kingdom, usually within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK delivery

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1–3 working days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to selected international destinations. Estimated delivery times are:

• Europe: 3–7 working days
• Rest of world: 5–10 working days

International delivery may take longer due to customs processing. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling charges applied by their country.

Tracking

Where tracking is included, your tracking details will be sent by email after dispatch.

Delayed or missing orders

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. UK law requires online orders to be delivered within 30 days unless a different timeframe has been agreed.
